Real World Training

All of these pups are in training. I take your and you hunting in season. When out of season we shoot live flyers to simulate hunting in these areas.

This four month old pup is learning the ropes in the marsh. I take the pups to areas I hunt. I do not compete like other north Texas retriever trainers. This gives me the time to train each pup one on one and address their own personality in training. There is no money competition dogs to take away from the non competing pup.

I take your pup to the real hunting areas not kennel ponds. I don't hunt at a kennel so your dog will see most all types of cover. There are many north Texas retriever trainers. I do not compete which gives one on one training for your pup. There is no just "big money" dogs that compete. I have the time as I only 5 training dogs.

Whistle sit...The owner has a hard time handling this pup so I MUST make sure she is put under pressure on this drill..It might be counter productive with some dogs to do this but she bounces back easily and totally understands what is asked of her..Both clips show the end result of one session..
